Plain English, for UK businesses.
Last updated 10 May 2026. These are the terms on which we sell to UK businesses. They apply to every order. If you'd rather speak to someone, our trade team is on call — see our contact page.
1. Who we are
StationeryHub is a trading name of Fortunes 103 Limited (registered in England and Wales, no. 15038389, VAT no. GB 450 3447 15). 48 High Street, Walthamstow, London E17 7LD, United Kingdom. We sell trade-priced office stationery to UK businesses on a business-to-business basis.
2. Eligibility
Trade accounts are open to UK-registered businesses (Companies House number required). We may decline applications without giving a reason. Hub memberships are open to any account in good standing.
3. Orders & contract formation
An order placed via the website or your dedicated rep is an offer to buy. We accept the offer when we send the order confirmation email — that's when the contract is formed. We may decline any order, in which case we'll refund any payment taken.
4. Pricing & VAT
- Prices are in GBP and exclude VAT unless stated. UK VAT is added at checkout at the prevailing rate.
- We may correct obvious pricing errors at any time before dispatch and refund anyone affected.
- Trade tier pricing is determined by the cart quantity at checkout. Higher tiers apply automatically when quantity thresholds are met.
- Hub membership discounts and Subscribe & Save discounts stack on top of the trade tier and are visible at checkout.
5. Payment terms
Payment is taken by card at checkout. Invoice or account terms, where offered, are agreed in writing with our trade team case by case. Late payment on any agreed terms attracts statutory interest under the Late Payment of Commercial Debts (Interest) Act 1998 plus a fixed sum compensation charge.
Card payment via Stripe is processed at order placement. Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled.
6. Delivery
See our Delivery & returns page for timescales, charges, and the process for damaged or wrong items. Risk passes to you on delivery.
7. Returns
See Delivery & returns. Business-to-business sales aren't covered by the Consumer Contracts Regulations, but we offer a 14-day return window on resale-condition unwanted goods as goodwill (return postage at the customer's cost). Faulty, damaged or wrong items are collected at our cost.
8. Subscriptions
Subscribe & Save lines auto-deliver every 4, 8 or 12 weeks until cancelled. You can pause, skip a delivery, change frequency, or cancel any time from your account portal — no fees.
Hub memberships renew on the billing cycle you choose (monthly or annual). Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current cycle. Annual plans receive a pro-rata refund for unused months on cancellation.
9. Intellectual property
All website content, branding, and copy are owned by Fortunes 103 Limited or licensed for our use. You may not copy, scrape, republish, or otherwise reuse any of it without permission.
10. Limitation of liability
Our total liability under any one order is capped at the price paid for that order. Nothing in these terms limits liability for death, personal injury, or fraud, or anything that can't be excluded by UK law.
11. Force majeure
We're not liable for delays or non-performance caused by events beyond our reasonable control (extreme weather, supplier outages, infrastructure failures, government action).
12. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. The courts of England have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. Material changes will be emailed to active accounts at least 14 days before they take effect. Your continued use of the service after that period constitutes acceptance.
