How it actually works
Use the form above, reply to any email from us, or send a note to [email protected], with the link to the cheaper listing and the SKU/quantity you're buying. That's it. We check the same-day, credit the difference plus a bit against your account (or refund the order if it's already placed), and log the price for future orders.
What counts
- Same SKU, same pack size, in stock. Own-brand equivalents don't count — we're matching on identical.
- UK trade suppliers. Viking, Ryman, Staples, Amazon Business, Zoro, Lyreco, Office Depot — anyone who'll ship it to a UK business address.
- Live prices. Send the link, not a screenshot from three months ago. We check the page.
- Ex-VAT compared with ex-VAT. We handle the conversion — no maths for you.
What doesn't
- Marketplace listings from unrated sellers on Amazon or eBay.
- Clearance, ex-display or damaged stock.
- Bundle prices where the bundle contents differ.
- Any listing where the seller can't actually ship in the next working day — we'll beat the price of a supplier who can meet the same commitment we make.
Why we bother
Because if we're not competitive, you'll notice — and we'd rather find that out from you and fix it than lose the account. Every price-match email we get is data on where our catalogue slips. So we're not doing you a favour; we're learning something useful.
Response times
Under four working hours during Mon–Fri 09:00–17:00. Weekend requests get replied to first thing Monday. If your order hasn't shipped yet we adjust it before it leaves; if it has shipped, we credit your account.
