The cutoff
3pm, weekdays. Orders placed before 3pm on a working day are dispatched from UK stock the next working day. Anything after 3pm goes on the following working day's dispatch. Weekend orders leave Monday morning. That's the deal — no "up to". The exceptions are below, all of them.
Where we deliver
- UK mainland — next working day on stocked lines ordered before 3pm. Free over £50 ex VAT.
- Highlands & Islands — 2–3 working days.
- Northern Ireland — 2 working days.
- Channel Islands & Isle of Man — 3–5 working days, additional charges may apply.
Tracking
A tracking email arrives the moment the parcel scans with Royal Mail Tracked 24 or DPD. If it doesn't land when it should, reply to that email or call +44 7861 927961 and we'll chase it.
Returns
14 days. Changed your mind? Unused items in resale condition can be returned or exchanged within 14 days of delivery — email us first, then send them back at your cost. Wrong, faulty or damaged items: we send a pre-paid label and cover the return. No restocking fee. Refunds go to the original payment method within 14 days of us receiving the return. Bespoke or personalised items are the only exception (custom letterheads, printed envelopes with your address, etc).
What isn't next working day
Any line marked bespoke, made-to-order or large equipment ships on its own lead time — the product page shows the estimate on each SKU. Everything else in stock ships the next working day on stocked lines.
