StationeryHub started for one reason: every office manager we know was paying retail on Amazon for the things they reorder every month. There's a better way — and the people who used to get it (proper trade pricing, 30-day terms, a rep who knew their office) had been pushed out by the consolidation of the big distributors.

We rebuilt the trade-stationery experience from the ground up: lean, transparent pricing, a full catalogue of more than 20,000 lines — stationery and office supplies first — held in UK stock, same-day dispatch, and a single dedicated contact for every account. No call-centre roulette.

What we stand for

• Honest pricing. Three live trade tiers on every line, stacked with optional Hub memberships and Subscribe & Save. No mystery list price you have to phone for.
• UK-held stock. Our range ships from a UK warehouse, so we can dispatch the same day — no week-long imports for a box of paper.
• Stationery first. Paper, pens, filing and the everyday office cupboard are the heart of what we do — with print, toner and the wider workplace range stocked alongside.
• One human per account. A single named rep who knows your office. They pick up. They reply within four hours.

How we make money

Margin. Honestly. Our wholesale costs are kept private (as they are everywhere); our retail prices are visible to anyone with a Companies House number, and our Hub memberships add a small recurring fee for buyers whose volume justifies it. We don't sell your data, we don't add hidden surcharges, and we don't change your price between catalogue and invoice.

Where we're going

UK-only at launch. We'll add procurement-system integrations (Coupa, Ariba, SAP Concur), SSO, and Pro-tier multi-buyer accounts through the rest of 2026. International rolls out in 2027.
