Can I cancel any time?+
Yes. Cancel from the dashboard, no fee. Annual plans get a pro-rata refund for the unused months.
Do plan discounts stack with bulk pricing?+
Yes — plan discounts are applied on top of your trade tier, then Subscribe & Save (if active) on top of that. We show the breakdown at checkout so you can see exactly where the saving is.
What's the difference between Trade and Hub Essential?+
Trade is the free baseline — you apply with a Companies House number and get standard trade pricing across the catalogue. Hub Essential adds a 5% catalogue discount, free delivery (no minimum), priority dispatch, and Subscribe & Save eligibility on every line.
